I'm not sure exactly which article you are talking about, a quick look through my logs didn't find anything. However, based on your description, I probably deleted the article as non-notable. Now, by that I do not mean that an old house does not have a rich history. What it means is, the article is lacking in our notability guidelines (specifically reliable independent sources) and most likely wouldn't qualify as an encyclopedic article, unless it is a situation such as being on the National Register of Historic Places will provide more content.
