Re: Felipito1.966[edit]

Thank you for patrolling some of Felipito1.966's disruptive edits. It seems the user has a long history of this behavior. See the user's talk page, which has been deleted but past versions contain a long list of infractions. I am new to patrolling recent changes and do not know the procedure for escalating any wikipedia oversight to a user's disruptive edits. I normally use WPCVN for recent changes patrolling, but recently it hasn't been loading for me. Are there any similar websites or programs?
