Per your request, I've changed the G4TV link in Space elevator to an in-line citation. Wikipedia:Footnotes has instructions for making these. Wikipedia:Citation templates contains a list of citation templates that apply a consistent format to this information.

I'm not knowledgeable about the subject of that article, but please let me know if you need any help with citing sources.

I removed the globalize tag from policy by press release. The term, as far as I am aware, was invented and used almost solely within the US, referring to a specific period of time in the late 1950s.

If this is wrong, can you point me to some examples from around the world? I'd like to use them to expand in that case.
