Welcome!

Hello, Wordyrappinghood91, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like Whizzkidtim, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. A tag has been placed on Whizzkidtim requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Morbidthoughts (talk) 18:11, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Lee Foyle[edit]

The article Lee Foyle has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:ATHLETE. Hednesford Town F.C. do not play in a fully professional level. Not apparent that he's even played a regular season game with the team.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 66.57.7.153 (talk) 06:12, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Based on the patently false claims about Brittain's time playing for Valur, and glaring inaccuracies in the record there, I'm deleting the article as a hoax. —C.Fred (talk) 16:44, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I have deleted the bulk of the article, because it is a clear copyright infringement. I have left just the intro and infobox and put your username in the edit summary to give you credit for them. —C.Fred (talk) 23:19, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:Gareth Potts world champion 2005.jpg[edit]

Regarding File:Gareth Potts world champion 2005.jpg: how did you get this image? Were you at the tournament and took the photo yourself? It looks like a professional image. —C.Fred (talk) 23:21, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, it looks like a copy of http://www.garethpotts.com/Albums/imgsize.php?w=570&img=World%20Championships%202005/gareth.jpg; please explain. —C.Fred (talk) 23:23, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

yes I will admit it, I have copyright infringed that image from the internet also. I will stop editing wikipedia from now on, so please don't punish me by blocking my user/IP address. By the way, how the hell do you keep finding my "Nathan Brittain" article? You deleted it like 5 times! haha!

I have nominated Lee Foyle, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lee Foyle. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Sixtysixstar (talk) 00:25, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to User:Wordyrappinghood91/Nathan Brittain, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. As noted above, you may not remove the {{mfd}} template while deletion discussion is ongoing. —C.Fred (talk) 05:13, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning regarding hoax material[edit]

I don't know how you've managed to re-create the Nathan Brittain hoax article so many times without being blocked from editing, but this needs to stop. If you engage in any further re-creations of this page or creation of any other hoax material, regardless of where (including files purporting to depict the hoax characters), you will be blocked. This is your final warning. --RL0919 (talk) 04:11, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
