Hello there, thanks for your contribution to deconstructivism with this edit. Wikipedia is a collaborative effort that anyone can edit. It does however, maintain quality standards. The mechanism by which these standards are maintained is by the citing of sources - see WP:CITE. I have no problem in principle with your edit - there is much discussion about who is a deconstructivist, or indeed, what it is. The problem is that there are cited sources within the article that state that Gehry is a deconstructivist; that he denies it himself is also cited. So in short, if we are to maintain your edit in the article, you need to provide a reliable citable source. When you've got one, if you like, please give me a shout and I'll explain how to reference the statement (there's a bit of code involved, but it's resonably simple). Many thanks. --Mcginnly | Natter 09:18, 23 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Will try to find some sources.

"the largest academic building in the world at that time"[edit]

What's your source for the statement that the buildings of MIT's Cambridge campus, when built, were "the largest academic building in the world at that time?" Please discuss at the MIT talk page. Dpbsmith (talk) 20:33, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
