Hi Watner,
You have twice removed content from University of International Relations without discussion. After your first removal, I restored the content and started a discussion topic explaining why (see Talk:University of International Relations). I see you're new to Wikipedia, so you can be forgiven for not knowing how these things work, but in general you should avoid removing sourced content without good reason, and engage in a talk page discussion before persisting in such editing.
