Request reason:

I am not a sock of anyone. I registered on 2 May 2017. My first interest when I registered was in uploading images. And thats what I did on Commons. I also made logged out edits on Eng wiki from dynamic IPs. I only started making logged in edits to Eng wiki last year. I will address the main points made in the SPI. There are no more than 4 references to me in said SPI, all of them wrong. The first is a wrong presumption that I took over all of Town Hill's work on Bangladesh-related pages. Mostly (80%) I edited History of Bangladesh, which was never edited by Faizan. A lot of the articles I've worked on were never edited by Faizan. Actually I have a greater overlap with the filer of SPI than with Towns Hill or Faizan. There is almost no overlap with me and everybody else named on that SPI. So how can I be related to them? The second statement about me is that I used citation tool in the supposed first edit. The truth is I have edited before from dynamic IPs. There are no diffs given as evidence for me quibbling about who is a historian, branding scholars as pro-India, using Perry Anderson or working on scholars biography pages. I do none of those things. The third so-called evidence against me in the SPI is that I name scholars in edit summaries. But a lot of people do that, even filer does that. I picked up the habit from others I have seen. I have learnt a lot from other editors. Case in point is that my last edit summary on 07:40, 11 February 2019 was influenced by Worldbruce's edit summary on 15:28, 4 December 2018‎. The fourth and final piece of evidence against me is that the filer thinks I seem to know what Fowler&fowler said. But in truth nothing I said in the diff shown even mentions Fowler&fowler or any discussion anyone had with him. The talk about general history is guidance I have taken from Worldbruce's comment in Talk:Indo-Pakistani war of 1971 on 16:11, 23 April 2018. MekoScopiBangle is not me either, why would I create another account while there was a SPI? That account edited Indo-Bangladeshi enclaves which I have never edited. Decline reason:

As the conclusion of the SPI said: "With meatpuppetry, it may be hard to tell who they belong to but they are of the same POV sock cloth." I also don't think you seriously expect us to believe this. Huon (talk) 18:29, 1 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
