objection to the attempt at blanking the page "Alathur Srinivasa Iyer" being termed vandalism. the edit summary for that page clearly states that the information on that page is spurious and misleading and that reliable information on the same subject may be obtained from the page "Alathur Brothers". there was a good faith speedy deletion message from the administrators but no action was taken. the page has been blanked five times now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tinyme.cksr (talkcontribs) 11:33, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Your userpage

Sorry, I didnt notice your "no reverting vandalism" request until I had already reverted it. Reverting vandalism just comes naturally to me :D - Happy editing! John Sloan (view / chat) 11:15, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Sean Rush/DOB info

Have you seen this comment added by Monarchmania? "I have extracted the date and age for Sean Rush because I am the Monarch for the pro team Real Md Fc and the players would rather not have their birthdays on the website published like this. Thank you". I don't know what the wikipedia policy is on such requests/claims but I thought you should know that DOB info for all players on all USL teams is posted on each team's respective roster page on the official USL website. Here's the roster page for Real Maryland: http://www.uslsoccer.com/scripts/runisa.dll?M2:gp::72011+Elements/Display+E+47116+USL/Roster/+8969534+13380778 —Preceding unsigned comment added by CPFCUSA (talkcontribs) 19:42, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Page blanked by author

Hi. Though page blanking is usually vandalism and needs to be reverted, it is worth looking first at the page history, because quite often the author has blanked his own page, as was the case with Thewantededition just now. In those cases the best thing is to tag it {{db-author}}. It can be confusing for an author who realises his page is inappropriate and blanks it, if his page is at once restored and he is accused of vandalism for the blanking and told it was unconstructive. Thanks

Thankyou for the quick reverts of vandalism from my talk and userpage :) Neutralle 17:24, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
