If you feel Ray Buttigieg/Cykx should not be merged, leave a note on Talk:Ray Buttigieg/Cykx stating your opinion. If you don't get a response within several days, however, you may want to leave a note on the talk page of the editor who posted the merge notice. [1]
When uploading images, you don't need to go through a copyright form. Just save the desired image onto your computer. Then, go to the panel at the left of the screen and find 'Upload file' as one of the listed links. Click on it, upload the image from your computer (using the 'Browse' button). Provide an image description summary; make sure to include an image copyright tag. Wikipedia:Picture tutorial can be helpful in positioning images. Please let me know if you need anything else.
