Since there are several notable people who go by Chris Jones, it is appropriate that that page redirect to a disambiguation page to help people find the one they are looking for. It seems you are trying to create a new article about an Arkansas Politician. I suggest you do so in draft space and then submit it through the articles for creation process. - And now seems like a good time to talk about copyright. You've uploaded two images and included them in the article about Chris Jones. Unfortunately, both appear elsewhere on the web and seem to have been taken from his campaign materials. You uploaded them to Commons claiming they were your own work. Unless you are the photographer who took the photos, they aren't your own work and you should not upload them to Commons claiming they are. If you are the photographer who took the photos (which I doubt given the resolution of the uploaded copies), then you probably have a conflict of interest as someone who did work for his campaign, and would need to make the appropriate declarations. If you are not the photographer who took the photos, then they are copyright violations and need to be deleted. - This is a misunderstanding, as I read the policies regarding copyright and interpreted them to mean "I must take the photo" and upload it myself. I promptly took the photo via my phone and uploaded them and thought it passed as own work given I took the photograph from my phone. The reason you are seeing low resolution photos is because I was trying to stay within Wikipedia's policy, not bypass them. However, reading your comment leads me to believe the article just needs to remain photoless, unfortunately. And if thats the case, I'm fine with that as well.
