Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if the edit concerns a single word, and it is improper to mark such an edit as minor."

The fact that your edit was reverted within one minute is strong evidence that your edit was not minor. Your changes are contentious and not minor. Follow up to Talk:George_Clymer: To make this claim on Wikipedia requires a secondary source. Had I not removed it someone else would have eventually. The problem is it is going against the grain of what Wikipedia is: a secondary-sourced-based encyclopedia. Wikipedia is not a place to advance new unpublished research findings.
