Request reason:

Lanka property web is a company that operates solely online in advertising real estate in sri lanka. It is a registered private limited company similar to that of Zillow or ikman.lk in Sri Lanka. So far such a firm does not exist in the country primarily catering for real estate only. The content posted on wikipedia was solely done so to create awareness on the firm's authenticity. While there are other platforms that can confirm this, I understand that being linked directly through wikipedia is of much more recognition. I also want to emphasise that the content posted was cited by many other platforms and recognized news websites in Sri Lanka and a structure similar to Zillow's description was used. However, if it is still being considered as advertising, could you please highlight the specific areas that seem supportive of this and I will work on it to ensure such content is avoided altogether. Or unblock my access so I can rework on it and put it up for reviewing again. This is the second time I am posting this description and since it was taken down earlier, I ensured previous promotional mistakes weren't repeated. Yet it was taken down again. Please do let me know how I can correct the existing content so that it could be republished or take down only the specific content that is being considered promotional while publishing the rest. As noted below, "creating awareness" is considered promotional here. There must already be awareness of a company in order for it to merit a Wikipedia article, as shown with significant coverage in independent reliable sources indicating how it meets Wikipedia's special definition of a notable company. I don't see where you have disclosed your paid editing status. You won't be unblocked to continue editing about what I presume is your company. "Creat[ing] awareness of the firm's authenticity" is tantamount to advertising as far as we are concerned. Not only do we have a mandatory neutrality policy, but our Terms of Use requires you disclose your employer if you are editing Wikipedia on their behalf (even if you are an unpaid intern or a hired contractor). —A little blue Bori v^_^v ^{Onward to 2020} 08:19, 20 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
