In reply to your message: Generally if your edit could be contentious, such as removing cited material from an article about a conflict, you should first bring it up on the article's talk page. I see you've now recommended deleting the entire Media Influence section there (which is probably a good idea), and if no-one disagrees in the next 24 hours I would go ahead and delete it.
