Speedy deletion nomination of Dakota hotels

Hello Scottshepherd,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Dakota hotels for deletion, because it seems to be an advertisement, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

I tagged your Dakota hotel article for deletion because there was nothing about the hotel that I wouldn't be likely to find on their website. Also you should have third party references as sources, not just the company website. There is nothing wrong with placing the link in the infobox, it's supposed to be there.
