Cobalt[edit]

From the TALK page on cobalt: perhaps with your knowledge you can tell us whether or not the Blaafarveværket manufactured cobalt blue, cobalt oxide smelted with aluminum oxide (alumina), or only smalt (which is what your "recipe" would make, as it contains only silicate and no aluminum or alumina.) Or perhaps both were produced? If not, the cobalt blue article needs to be corrected, as it states it was made at Blaafarveværket, which made smalt, but perhaps only smalt.
