What makes you think Jamshid is Kurdish?[edit]

I can't read the Persian liner notes on my albums, but nothing I've seen about Jamshid suggests that he's Kurdish. What makes you think he is? Zora 19:32, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My friend, nothing makes me think, I know[edit]

Well you have right on one point and that is, you can´t read the Persian liner notes on your album.

and if you now want to know if he is Kurdish or not, here is your answer: he has said that he is Kurdish and it has been written on newspapers and he has Kurdish songs even on his albums, I will link a adress to the article later..

That´s why I think Jamshid is Kurdish.. the problem with Kurdish musicians and historic Kurds is that they have been automatic Persian, Turkish and Arabic, but the truth is always there you can´t hide it.

I have added data to this article. If you create an article and don't put any information in it, it can be speedy deleted as a very short article. While I am not wedded to the wording, you should make sure that the article is expanded otherwise it runs the risk of deletion. Capitalistroadster 02:35, 27 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You blanked this page leading to it being nominated for speedy deletion. This is widely considered to be vandalism I have reverted it back to previous entries. Wikipedia works through a collegiate process so please don't do that. If you continue to do this, you may be blocked from editing for a period of time by administators such as myself. oki, it seems that people can talk how they want and accuse someone to be another[edit]

I am new here and don´t now exactly how to write and answer to some stupid comments.. these words are wrong choosen, for second I don´t understand why the admin even listen to this people on of their kind. as I have said before, I want to make it clear to everybody what is what and what is not User:Retau

In my view you are innocent till proven guilty so I will treat you like a newbie.
One thing you need to learn is civility. You dont declare comments by others as "stupid". See WP:NPA for this rule.
We have a set of rules and processes we use. You cannot just try to change that. You have recreated something wikipedia comunity decided was not approporate and I am refering to the stub type you have created which was deleted.
I do not understand what you mean by 'what is what and what is not'.

Comment removed from log page[edit]

You recently added this comment to the Wikipedia:Stub types for deletion/Log/Deleted/March 2006 page. Note that this page is for logging stub deletions by WP:SFD and so is not an appropriate place for the comment. I have therefore removed it. --TheParanoidOne 20:53, 27 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I appreciate that[edit]

Your words are true.

``I want to make it clear to everybody what is what and what is not`` By this I mean, I am seeking the truth and look for the truth, because what is the meaning with false information if the purpose is to destroy and mislead readers. Wikipedia is a big name because it allows all kind of (Right) information and offer reader around the world deep and specific fact and let us see with our own eyes that create a lie is easy but to hide the truth is hard. So facts from a person that think he can change how mutch he want because his purpose is to mislead readers and to create confusion which is a 7-11 job among X- number users. If he want, he can open a internet site and write what ever he want to be written and the seccond alternative is to visit google for articles which describes Bush´s Indian background and what about his palace in Dubai, For such kind of persons there is no place here. And the most important part is, when you read something you will quick find out the truth with or without reference, because you can lie, But the words can not lie..

Retau out Thank You

Thanks and please help[edit]

Thanks for putting the Kurdish name on Hasankeyf; are there other Kurdish names for cities in Kurdistan that you can add? It would be helpful, these are always being attacked by Turkish, Iranian and Arabic editors and I think it adds to the encyclopedic value of the Wikipedia to have all the relevant names -- it is also WP policy. Good job! Carlossuarez46 22:19, 27 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Moby, how can you talk with a guy that hates your background don´t recognize you and most of all does everything he can do destroy you and makes you look like a fool. I mean everyone knows that east turkey is Kurdish dominiated and even turkish cities have kurdish majority. If he can´t stand the truth, and call me terrorist and babykiller. I don´t make Istanbul Kurdish because it lives over 4 million Kurds there, and in Mersin which kurds are majority in and Adana, but I want it make it right by adding the Kurdish cities with a Kurdish majority not turkish ones If I do that then I am on a wrong trace.

License tagging for Image:Ghassemlou.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Ghassemlou.JPG. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

speedy deletion of Kurdish musicians article[edit]

Hi Retau -- I proposed speedy deletion of the Kurdish musicians article you started -- nothing against Kurdish musicians, just that there's nothing in the article and there's no need for it because there's a category by that name, and this is the sort of thing that categories are for. There's also an article on Kurdish music. Joriki 08:14, 30 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Reza Jamshidi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Saligron 05:39, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Helen Krulich[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Helen Krulich, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Helen Krulich seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Helen Krulich, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Retau! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 939 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
