wa group[edit]

OK - I am the wa branch co-ordinator of 'Wiki Club West' https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiClubWest and https://www.wikiclubwest.org.au/ which is in reality part of https://wikimedia.org.au/wiki/Wikimedia_Australia

So in one sense - https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:JarrahTree and also you have probably seen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:JarrahTree

But note that the actual strength of any of the the local club/branch/group (s) is the cohort, not the co-ordinator

from 2007 to now has seen some go, and some still around... and from various standpoints https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Are_you_afraid_of_sharks.jpg And meeting visiting people https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WMAU_Perth_Branch_meetup_meeting_07_04_2017.jpg And the regular backup of coffee in the library https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Perth_meetup_060413_.jpg

The important thing is the meetings are informal with nothing tied to specifics unless is it a place to visit The actual date and time for the May meetup will be up in the next day or so. JarrahTree 08:40, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I've fixed the link from "2007" in JarrahTree's post. Mitch Ames (talk) 13:20, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
