Secondly, give me a description of what sort of user name you would like. These "useless headlines" you refer to form part of every talk page eventually. They are the headings for topics of discussion. They are not to be removed at will, but archived (they may be needed for future reference, especially regarding disputes). The Elvis talkpage already has 7 archives.
