Welcome! The two articles RETARDED POTENTIAL and ADVANCED POTENTIAL are to concepts I could not find on Wikipedia. Thy are well established concepts in the literature. I would like to use them as references. Therefore I created them. Instead of writing them directly on the Wikipedia page I wrote them using MS Word first and copied them into Wikipedia. They are only definitions, they are definitely not research articles.

Please tell me what you find wrong with the articles, I will correct them.

They are offshoots of your original article. I suggest you discuss your future article creations on the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Physics‎ showing how an article meets WP:GNG. Phil's reply to article not belonging in Wikipedia. I would like to post this article and one future artiacle so taht it be available without copy rights, patent and other restrictions. Nobody should be able to claim ownership of this and the future article including me. People should be able to use and modify this article without any restrictions. I would prefere, if possible, to remove my name as author.

This article formulises the process of calculating delayed interaction. Many scientists have used Retarded and Advanced interactions to calculate delayed interactions. thus this is not actually new here. It just collecta these aproches in one formal proces. It does reinterprets the Advanced interaction showing that it actually is causal.It also shows the relation of interations with finite delay and the General Theory of Relativity.

It has been applied (elswere) to the calculation of the increase of the Lunar orbit by 38 mm per year in agrement with NASA measurements.

New article

Based on this article creation, you appear to be attempting to upload a paper you have written from your hard drive directly to an article. This is not going to work for a variety of reasons:

1. Wikipedia articles are written using the Wikipedia syntax; you cannot simply load a PDF file and hope that it will be understood as an article.
2. There are special instructions on how to upload files. Begin with the link in the toolbox (it should be on the left side of your Wikipedia page) that says "Upload file". That will walk you through the process of uploading a file to Wikipedia.
3. You really shouldn't publish your research paper on Wikipedia at all, because
   • you would be giving up all copyright claims to your research; and
   • Wikipedia does not publish original research.

Rather than continuing to try to upload this file, I would suggest writing a new Wikipedia article on the topic (assuming the topic is not already covered anywhere else on Wikipedia). If your paper has been published, you could use it as one of the cited sources in the Wikipedia article.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Reaction mechanics for point objects, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. There are numerous problems with the articles you have created, including the fact that Wikipedia is not a place to publish original ideas. Moreover, it is completely unacceptable to attempt to overturn consensus at a deletion discussion by simply ignoring the decision, and re-creating the same article under a new title.
