Yes. If you want the link to appear in text, in English Wikipedia put :no:Bruker:Peulle. In Norwegian Wikipedia put :en:User:Peulle. If you want the link to appear in the language section of the sidebar, leave off the first colon, and place the interlanguage link at the bottom of the page. I took the liberty of adding such a sidebar link on your user page; see the results on the sidebar of that page. This is the dif. In reply to your question at Media copyright questions

File:NDP Night.jpg is a non-free image (one that is not licensed under a free license). By Wikimedia Foundation policy, non-free content can be used only in a project with an Exemption Doctrine Policy (EDP). Since the English Wikipedia EDP, WP:NFCC, does not seem to have a Norwegian equivalent, I would conclude that Norwegian Wikipedia does not accept non-free content. —teb728 t c 04:43, 21 June 2013 (UTC)

By the way, note that no image hosted here at the English Wikipedia can be used either by the Bokmål Wikipedia or the Nynorsk Wikipedia. This isn't a matter of permissions; it's simply that no Wikipedia can use another's images directly. If you ever find an image here that you want to use on another Wikipedia, you'll either have to upload the image to that Wikipedia or upload it to the Wikimedia Commons, because images on Commons can be used by all Wikipedias and by all other Wikimedia Foundation wikis.
