Please stop moving the page about Fuad Halim around. All that does is create a trail of redirecting pages for the administrators to clean up. I understand you did it in good faith because you are not familiar with the process, but please stop.

Article titles do not contain titles such as "Dr." - that's why the original Dr Fuad Halim was moved to Fuad Halim.

If you had allowed the denied draft version to remain at Draft:Fuad Halim you could have kept on editing and improving it, and then submitted it for another review; since you instead moved it into mainspace, the article becomes eligible for speedy deletion. If and when it is deleted, you can try again with another draft, but please do not move it around like you did with this one, and please don't create several versions of the same article.

Ah yes, Bonadea's comment. What that meant was you could create another Draft (Draft:Fuad Halim) to submit for another review, not directly create another article at Fuad Halim. Since then there's been a subsequent discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dr. Fuad Halim which concluded that there is insufficient notability for a Wikipedia article, so any new draft would have to show better reasons for notability. Having had a look, I think Fuad Halim is simply not notable enough for Wikipedia and that any new draft would be very unlikely to succeed. I know this is confusing, so please have a read of WP:N which explains Wikipedia's notability requirements, and then come back here and explain how you would proceed if unblocked.
