My account is mysteriously blocked[edit]

Hi there my account has just been blocked and I have no idea why? I have never heard of Victory Clarion account so would like to know what is happening please as I have only just started my account and am very much enjoying and looking forward to doing more editing. Please help me with....Hello I have been blocked from editing unnecessarily. What is the technical evidence please that my account is a so called sockpuppet account of someone else whom has an account called VictoryClarion? No evidence has been presented to me at all, no reasons at all. Please could I have a thorough explanation about why on earth my new account on such a worldwide established online encyclopedia would be rejected after I spent time and effort on 15 edits or so before being blocked? Why would I not be blocked as soon as the account was made if there is a technical IP address problem or suchlike that somehow links to someone else's account? The email I received after applying for an unblock appeal was impersonal and almost rude. I believe as a new editor who could contribute a lot to Wikipedia I need a more dignified explanation of what must be a technical error? Thank you in advance.
