Dear RHaworth, Hope you are doing well. My name is niki and I want to create a page (which I am sure you have seen ) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Neeraj_Mehta#Neeraj_Mehta, This was the link of the article which got deleted. I am sure you are a busy person but trust me I really need your help and please take some time to read my explanation. I started my draft which got rejected due to lack of citation. Since I am pretty new to editing on Wikipedia, It took me sometime to understand the citation process and I got stuck in some other deadlines meanwhile my draft got deleted. The reason was that my content looked like a copied content from http://www.desimd.com/doctors/dr-neeraj-mehta. I work as the media coordinator for Mr. Neeraj Mehta. I give his profile to several media houses and it is uploaded on several web portals, needless to say that DesiMd is one of them. I wrote to you on your talk page explaining the above scenario. I sought help on live chat and I was told to rewrite the content which I did. When I came back again to upload the content it says that my profile is blocked due to Abusing multiple accounts: User:Neerajmehta-expertfitness. Let me explain this as well, an executive from Mr.Mehta's office tried creating a page by this user name: Neerajmehta-expertfitness long time ago. I guess he did not follow up on that and I was given the responsibility to create a page. I request you to please consider my explanation as I am not making this up and I don't see any benefit in doing so. Please help.Niki518 (talk) 07:49, 27 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Whether the same person has operated all three accounts or not, this is clearly one of two accounts that have been created in order to enable people working on behalf of Neeraj Mehta to post a promotional page about him, evading the effect of a block which is in place to prevent that from happening. Nothing you say suggests that you have any plan to contribute to Wikipedia in any way other than using it as a free advertising service for your employer or client, but that is not what Wikipedia is for.
