The Weeknd[edit]
Hi Mylanieann! I wanted to extend a bit of caution to expanding the section on The Weeknd's legal issues. In most cases only the most basic details are included in a legal issues section, if it's included at all. The reason for this is to avoid putting speculation and rumor into the page, as this can sometimes pose a potential legal issue for Wikipedia. I'd especially avoid trying to expand it in order to make the artist look better, as this could be seen as a potential bias. My recommendation would be that if you wanted to expand the section, that you put in that he struck the cop while the police was responding to an altercation at the Cromwell Hotel. I'd recommend against detailing what type of community service he completed, as this is almost always seen as WP:INDISCRIMINATE information on Wikipedia. For example, Lindsay Lohan received a lot of coverage over her community service to the point where many people knew exactly where she served it (I believe it was at an old folks home), however this information isn't included in her article because it's seen as a relatively minor detail overall.
I also wanted to let you know that his awards and nominations are laid out at List of awards and nominations received by The Weeknd, since he's received so many. :)
