The article does not meet the criteria for B-class yet. Generally speaking, at the very least, all of the information in the article should be referenced (so we can verify if necessary) and the references should be formatted so they include the publisher and access date (so if the website ever goes down then we can still find the information through other means). Colleagues? Really not. I've just been here longer than you, & he invited me to have a look at what you're doing. (Maybe he misunderstood my enthusiasm, I haven't asked.)
