Use of multiple accounts[edit]

Hi, again I apologize about reverting your edit at Broken China. I also noticed the next edit was from User:Rapopescu, who had not edited in a year and a half, and made the same edit as you the day following me reverting you. This seems suspicious to me, so I just wanted to make you aware of our policy on using multiple accounts. In general the rule is one person, one account. Now, I'm not outright accusing you of sockpuppetry, but just in case you are the same person just know this could lead to serious trouble moving forward. If you are in fact not related, please disregard this message altogether and again, my apologies. The same goes for the IP 138.67.78.206.
