Problems with upload of File:Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Lit from the Basement landing page image.png[edit]

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Deletion of File:Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg[edit]

Hello there! I was the one who nominated File:Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg for deletion originally. I noticed that you removed the {{rename media}} from that page because "previous images named more conventionally get deleted. This image has not been deleted since the permission is in the title, so it should remain as is." This was not the case. I requested the file be deleted because it was a duplicate and served no purpose. In addition, once File:Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg was deleted, I could move the one with all the information and history attached to the better file name. Sorry to bother you, but now that the image was re-named back to "Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg" the user named Patrick Rogel has once again deleted it. He is the reason I gave the file its previous name that broke conventions. He is now threatening to revoke my editing privileges if I keep uploading my own image. Can you speak with him? Replaceable fair use File:Danielle Cadena Deulen.jpg[edit]

However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

COI and note on image[edit]

I would strongly suggest you stop editing the article on Danielle Cadena Deulen but rather file an edit request on the talk page using {{Request_edit}}, as you have a WP:COI. Regarding the image, it cannot be used under fair use, but as you are the copyright holder, you can license it under a free license and upload it using c:Special:UploadWizard. · I have uploaded the author image once more using the upload wizard that I was instructed to use via links from three people, and really hope the issues around the image are cleared up and everyone understands that I created the image. The creator of the image (me) wants in on this wiki page. The subject has given permission to have it on this wiki page. Just please put the image up in such a way that it stops getting flagged. Just go and use the newly uploaded image. I do not know how many more times or ways I must explain that "yes, I created this image and the subject gives permission for the image to be used here and I give permission for the image to be used here and I want it to be used here and have given up all rights to the image." Yes, the image appears elsewhere on the internet. Those other places have my permission, too. Please allow me to stop worrying about this and be done. Lit from the Basement moved to draftspace[edit]
