Please Use Edit Summaries[edit]

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Nothing wrong with editing drunk Soxwon. It makes it much more lively and fun. In regards to your edit summary ("as you are supposed to") gets stuck on WP:GRAPEVINE and WP:BRD. Many problems. The wording, synth, weight, and quality of sources all need to be addressed until such a paragraph is acceptable.Cptnono (talk) 23:21, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
