Duplicate images uploaded[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:InfoCard 114x80.png. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Infocard 114x80.png. The copy called Image:Infocard 114x80.png has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. Information Card[edit]

Hi. I've edited some of what you entered on the Information Card article for accuracy. I think there's a danger that you're slipping into marketing mode, rather than simply remaining factual. For example;

"This means that even if a person is tricked into logging into an imposter site with an Information Card, a different key would be used at that site than any other site, including the site that the imposter was trying to impersonate. Therefore, the imposter is not able to log in to the real site because different keys are used at each site, thus defeating the phishing attack. The same can not be said for passwords."

Whilst on a basic level that's true; it depends. With managed cards it's certainly not true, it's only for unmanaged cards that PPID are guaranteed unique, an STS may choose not to implement PPIDs at all. Your section of "Interoperability and Licensing" really smacks of marketing and no real substance; if anything it should really detail how it's a WS-Trust conversation and link to the InfoCard spec for the message. AfD nomination of Information Card Icon[edit]

An editor has nominated Information Card Icon, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion.
