User:Boleyn is actually the one who requested that the article be deleted. It was done so in accordance with the proposed deletion policy as nobody objected to the deletion within the seven-day period. The reason they suggested deletion was "This article does not establish notability.". I can only assume that they felt that the article, as written, did not satisfy this guideline.
