Hi Mark Bilanzic, I didn't completely follow the recent flurry of activity at Talk:Psychosis, but I see you posted suggested material there, and it didn't fly with the other editors there. I know it can be frustrating to butt heads with others on a topic that's important to you, so I'll just add a short reminder that Wikipedia's goal is to reflect the mainstream understanding of every topic. You noted in the material you posted that your suggestions were "not generally well accepted/established/accredited information", and so naturally they're not covered in the Psychosis article. We have a term for the sort of "the mainstream misunderstands this important topic" editor: someone who is trying to Right Great Wrongs. For those who wish to right great wrongs by pushing for new or not-widely held ideas that page advises that on Wikipedia, you'll have to wait until it's been reported in mainstream media or published in books from reputable publishing houses. Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought or original research. Wikipedia doesn't lead; we follow.

In short, if you feel Wikipedia and mainstream psychology/psychiatry have something completely wrong, your quarrel is not with Wikipedia or its volunteer editors, your quarrel is with those fields. If the mainstream understanding of a topic changes, we will change our articles here as well. If you feel an article doesn't represent the mainstream in that topic, we'll happily discuss that. Ajpolino I understand the actual page needs cites but to attack my post in the talk section in the way in which rexxS did was ridiculous and wrong of him in my opinion. Isnt the purpose of a wikipedia talk section for sociable talk about the subject in the actual page which does not necessarily need to be supported by references? (It is just talk...) lol. ? lol.
