Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and I am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's username policy. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?

I'd appreciate learning your own views, for instance your reasons for wanting this particular name, and what alternative username you might accept that avoids raising this concern.

You have several options freely available to you:

Thank you. CWii(Talk|Contribs) 22:18, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Its a name that I use and am known by a number of sites I use that are related to Rushden & Diamonds Football Club, so when making any changes, my fellow fans know who is making changes to the article. I don't believe it infringes wiki policy since it has not previously caused offense and is not intend to. Nor does it try to promote an organistation or company since the initials RDFC are used freely by a number of individuals and organistations for various different things. In this respect, I use them to unique identify myself for the reasons outlined previously. If you still have concerns, I will change it.--MadDogRDFC (talk) 10:17, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:43, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. I've corrected the mistake already before you messaged. --MadDogRDFC (talk) 21:45, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kits[edit]

I don't really understand the kit templates, but I think the jist of it is that the relevant sections of the kit (i.e. left arm, right arm, body, shorts & socks) are added to club's infobox template separately and then they appear merged together - rather than one image file as you have created. --Jimbo[online] 01:02, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:AFC Rushden and Diamonds logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:AFC Rushden and Diamonds logo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:06, 2 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
