Nineteen Eighty-Four[edit]

Just wanted to thank you for your additions to Nineteen Eighty-Four, which I think are invaluable for neutralising the POV. I have done a bit of work (outside of Wikipedia) on the public perception of NEF, and how it has been skewed (perhaps, in the main, by American cultural-political forces) to facilitate its use against the Soviet Empire. I feel that a "cleaner"/more free interpretation of the text has been lost somewhere along the line; I also feel that your work on the NEF article goes some way to restoring this freedom. --James Kemp 02:09, 25 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
