Your VandalProof Application

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Computerwiz908. As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that: you have under 250 mainspace edits. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank again for your interest in VandalProof. Prodego talk 16:15, 5 May 2007 (UTC)

Your abuse of rollback

Do not abuse rollback like you did here. Any attempt to influence an AfD debate is taken seriously. Just because an editor chooses to remain anonymous does not mean he or she edits in bad faith. Abuse of rollback may also result in the removal of your rollback powers.

Best to you. Antivenin 17:38, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Thank you

Thank you for your welcome! I now feel welcomed. I saw a similar message on others' pages and now I have one! User F203 (talk) 17:24, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Banning User:67.189.144.175

Could you please block this person? He or She is deliberately giving inncorrect information on Manny Rivera and Frida Suarez, and I'm not going to put up with it anymore. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.255.215.162 (talk) 22:26, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

Logan, I have removed the question here from Confucius7 (talk · contribs) - they are a new user, and didn't understand that OTRS permission had been granted, and the article was fine. I've answered the users questions on their own talk page. Cheers,  Chzz  ►  13:07, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Thanks Chzz! Logan | Talk 18:45, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
No worries. Hey, did you realise, User:Logan is a redirect to this talk page? Not a problem, just somewhat unusual. Best,  Chzz  ►  18:54, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Thank you

Thank you for welcoming me! I will return the favor and welcome 10 people. Hopefully at least 1 of those will welcome another person. User F203 (talk) 19:19, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

monster buster club episodes

hi,

i had to revert your changes so i could undo the ip user edit, the ip user is constanly adding flase unsoruce information and when they give asourc eit does not satate what they are saying. i apogolise for undoiing your work but it would have bene very hard ot undo it manually.--Andrewcrawford (talk) 22:25, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

Sydney Airport (Nova Scotia)

Just curious about this. I understand the Air Canada Jazz link fix as that was dead but why change the http://www.sydneyairport.ca link as it's still working. I've never used User:Dispenser/Checklinks so I'm not sure if there might be a slight problem with it. It turns out that the real problem was caused by the editor before you who not only removed the reference section but dumped in a copyvio as well. Cheers. Speedy deletion of In conclusion

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Note taken!

My habits here on Wikipedia haven't been the most efficient I'll admit, but I'll keep working on it. Thanks for the heads up.

On a side-note though, at what point would it be better to have the detailed discography information (such as album info/track-listings) on a separate page? That was my intention in making the edit you contested; in addition to removing the track-listings and album cover from the Pascale Picard Band page, I created a separate page for the Album Me, Myself & Us. could you please tidy up the arrest 2007 section in this article

hi, my wiki editing skills are pretty bad and linking and reference skills are even worse. could you please tidy the section, i have added a new link to it but it doesnt add in the ref section. comes up as external link sort of thing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.78.115.192 (talk) 23:06, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Omigod

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Omigod, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

Change username

I am requesting a rename on Commons. My current Commons name is Computerwiz908. Logan | Talk 16:33, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Excuse me

But I see that you placed a CSD 8, (Talk page with no article page, or something around that) on Template talk:Subst. There is a Template. But is it proposed for deletion, or some other reason for why you may have place the tag there. Just asking, Abce2|AccessDenied 01:19, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

My bad - it just looked like a redirect to Template:Uw-subst. Logan | Talk 01:20, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

Okay, that clears things up. Thanks! Abce2|AccessDenied 01:21, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

I thought that {{subst:template}} was just part of the MediaWiki system and not located at that template location... Logan | Talk 01:22, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

Ok, if that is a reason for it's delete, go ahead and place a tag on it, because I'm lost now. Abce2|AccessDenied 01:27, 21 June 2009 (UTC) Errr... your still using the same one. Abce2|AccessDenied 01:30, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

Cite doi/pmid

Note that your edit [1] to Uracil replaced the reference with a book review of the source. Incidentally, what is your rationale for going around changing journal references from the written out format to the cite doi shortcut? It seems to me to make it harder for people to edit the article as it is not immediately obvious what each reference actually is. Celefin (talk) 22:11, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

I see that you have not responded to my query, but are still making these changes. Please could you explain what you feel is the advantage of altering these references, particularly with respect to my concern about ease of editing. Celefin (talk) 12:06, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
