Thanks for uploading File:Matt Preston Promo 2010.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. Vincent D'Onofrio edits

Hi

While I appreciate that there may be a connection between yourself and D'Onofrio's family, it is in the public domain that the house is in that area - after all it was in the architect magazine. We did not publish a map of it, nor a photo, nor give an explicit address. AS for the majority of the other edits, many are not supported by the associated references. We would need references that explicitly mention those exact dates for them to be put into the article, and for them to stand. There are some issues over reliable sources - generally blogs are not considered reliable, and IMDB is certainly not regarded as reliable as anyone can edit them.

I have initially reverted all your edits and will go through them one by one to see what can be put back in, and what cannot. If references are provided the material can be re-inserted - though I would not understand why those exact dates would be put in, especially if you are concerned about safety issues.

I understand that there have been problems in the past for Vincent (re stalkers etc.) and there are avenues open to yuo to make in-roads regarding sensitive family material on Wikipedia. The first place is a contact page for the OTRS, Wikipedia:Contact us, who should be able to give you any help you require on these matters of privacy.

Thanks for the mail :¬) Sorry I didn't respond earlier, but I only tend to look at it once a week.

I have added that to the "not married" one on the talk page... Talk:Vincent_D'Onofrio#Marriages. It is a little bizarre that he keeps getting it wrong about both marriages ...strange!

It seems that interview appears in more than one newspaper, each with a slightly different take. I have noted that on the article talk page. It is interesting to note that it says "Though she calls Carlo her husband, they are not married." Chaosdruid (talk) 06:54, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
