The other talk[edit]
I shouldn't be mentioning this, but I really hope I'll see you someday and show you (but no cameras, the police is brutal there... hehe). I'm planning a special visit to Pirin Macedonia (especially Sandanski) after January or so, and I'll invite you to come and see those men, I really don't think that I'm hallucinating. I mean, the last time I checked, they were there (BTW, speaking a Macedonian dialect and singing songs, crying, begging us to connect them with some organisations from RoM). I'm being objective here, and I don't need any sources for my statements, I'm telling you what I experience everytime I visit Pirin. - I'm going there for 7-9 December. But I've already been and have tons of friends from there. And guess what - no such thing. Only people getting paid to buy drinks and drugs in exchange for certain position they take. - Ummm, not fascism - I mean - isn't Nazism what you meant to use? The stories I heard are about repressions to have their names changed. But enough with this - it's my word against yours and that's pointless no matter what. We can only accuse each other of irredentism or fascism or whatever. And you accuse me of irridentism on no grounds, I just said that there is a minority. What does irridentism have to do with that statement? On the other hand, you are a bit fascist when it comes to the minority, because you claim that there is no minority. Probably because that's what you really think, but it looks like you're saying it in order to maintain a national unity and, uh, purity... - Cause irredentism is most commonly based on something of the sort "Let us free our brothers from the tirany of those vicious neighbours". Now that I thought about it - it seems that the Republic of Macedonia has at present problems with almost all neighbours (is there something with Serbia presently - besides the Church thing?). Oh, and about the minority - I have to correct myself - there is such - less than 1000 man is it? And no luck with the candidates (not official) in the local elections (I entered the data in the database ;). Anything beyond the established number + those that recently came to Bulgaria is irredentism and just to give you an idea - it is something like the more extremist Albanians in RoM try to say. - Ahh, nobody said anything about freeing, but since you mentioned it, helping your brothers in other countries is not considered irridentism. You'll have to check the meaning of the word irridentism again. And, yes, it's true, we (as a nation) do have problems with the neighbouring countries, but the reason is not us, it's them. On a state-level, RoM has great relations with Albania and Serbia (except the church), and Bulgaria as well. But RoM is not the same as Macedonians. As you know, we have troubles with you recognising the Macedonian minority there, but damn, you won't even recognise our language! The problem with the Albanians is well-known, and the Serbs are a completely different story. Their "official" stauts here is Gods, and that starts to bother us heavily. It really hurts me when some Bulgarian calls us сръбски мекерета... As for the problem with Greece, I don't think we should talk about it. So, to sum up:
- Macedonians - Bulgarians: disapproval of national identity by Bulgarian side, which leads to...
- Macedonians - Serbs: Serbs acting as if they're some divine force, not recognising our church and also our national identity and some other things I wouldn't dare mention...
- Macedonians - Albanians: Albanians trying to take over our damned country, at least its western part...
- Macedonians - Greeks: a usual dialogue: Hey buddy, sup? - I'm cool. Where are you from? - Macedonia - @#$%^&*!!!
- My point is, it's not our fault that everyone tries to take something from us. As far as I'm concerned, modern societies should be based on liberality, approval of everyone's culture, not territorial claims and negating nations. We want peace and harmony, we want democracy everywhere, and you're doing everything to make us look as if we were some belligerent nation. Thank you. iNkubusse? 02:20, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

The issues we have are linguistic and historical. Since you want to be something there's noone who can stop you. Linguistics[edit]
Don't worry I come in peace :D I just saw your discussion with INkubusse about our special letter Ѓ. You said it sounded kind of like a D. That may be because your Macedonian colleagues are from Prilep. In their accent/dialect, Gj (Ѓ) and Kj (Ќ) are pronounced Đ or Dj (Ђ) and Ć or Cj (Ћ) respectively. It is kind of like in Serbian - almost a Џ(Дж) or Ч but palatalized. However, I don't know why this happens in Prilep but not Skopje. It may have something to do with Krale Marko/Kraljević Marko, whose capital was Prilep. The Ќ is the same: we say ноќе, you say нокье (at least that's what I got from Makedonsko Devojče). Also, what do you think of an article dealing with differences between Macedonian and Bulgarian? There is one for Differences between standard Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian and Macedonian and Bulgarian have more differences than them.
