Thanks Kelsey!

I was wondering about the references and I thought maybe that was how wikipedia cited sources. I will fix it. Also, I asked another student (the person I peer reviewed) how he made the photos so large on his page, and added such nice captions. I'll be sure to fix the images as well.

Thanks for the feedback. After a few more days I'll look it over with a fresh set of eyes to fix the run-on sentences.

Best, Erin

Angola Basin Review[edit]

Peer Review for Angola Basin[edit]

Hey Kjenk28, your page look great so far. I thought the introduction was well written, but I would incorporate a few quantitative facts about the Angola Basin into the intro. Just numerical measurements like the basin general length, area, depth, or distance from the coast. Something that gives the reader some scale of the basin. Throughout the page, I suggest adding more wiki-links (i.e. double brackets) for words in your article that can bring the reader to other pages.

For the subsections of Geologic History, I suggest maybe adding subsections for Mesozoic section that could breakdown each individual phase of rifting during the Mesozoic. In both the Mesozoic and Cenozoic sections you mention that there are periods in which either fresh water or terrigenous sediments fill the basin. What is the source of this fresh water and terrigenous sediments?

I am tempted to put to the Tectonic Mechanisms section before the Geologic History section. I think that if you were to do this first you could be more specific in describing the tectonic processes that occurred during each time period. Tjudic1 (talk) 22:41, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
