October 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to McCarthyism, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Kimberly Ann Suizdak requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Notability[edit]

The keystone of wikipedia is not whether something is true ... it is lies in notability and verification. Hence your entry is unlikely to be acceptable unless you have achieved something of national or international importance ie. winning a medal at the olympics, appearing in a feature film as an actress, having your song reach the billboard chart or publishing a notable book. Even then YOU could not write the entry as it would fall foul of Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, which you should read. It is also considered bad form to recreate a page after it has been deleted under speedy delete protocols. Hope this helps. 21st CENTURY GREENSTUFF 23:24, 17 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wow...[edit]

This is getting really annoying. Is it such a big deal to want a page about myself on wikipedia?! Gosh! Plus, everyone is important in their own way... I'm tired of this, can I just delete the page myself?... UGH!

Sorry but actually it is a big deal. However, you have a page about yourself available already... your user page. You can put it all on there and it will become searchable for anyone who Googles your name. But I would counsel against putting too much personal information on there that would leave you open to identity theft. Click on the "21Century" part of my signature and you will see the sort of thing you can personalise your user page with. If you know html code all things are possible. Cheer up, you can have lots of fun editing on wiki, once you have learned all the restrictions. 21st CENTURY GREENSTUFF 01:11, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. You're right. :)

User page start[edit]

I have taken the liberty of adding the basic html code for your user page. Add to it as you wish (or delete it if you don't like it). You will need to amend the 'user box' for your correct age. There is a user box directory to add just about anything you could imagine (just cut and paste the code as required). You can put all the personal info you wish into the 'about me' section. In a few days time anyone googling your name will be led straight to your user page. 21st CENTURY GREENSTUFF 12:38, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Right that is me done ... I cannot add any further information to your user page. Over to you to add whatever takes your fancy. 21st CENTURY GREENSTUFF 15:02, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have made some changes to my user page, but there is one change that I am having trouble with. You know those boxes on the right side of the page that say "This user..."? Well, I want to make one that says "This user loves to sing." but I can't figure out how. Can you help me, please? Kimtastic93 (talk) 19:33, 25 April 2010 (UTC)Kimtastic93[reply]
Ah that is trickier than it sounds ... the guys who actually build user boxes are very clever people ... you can only pick up ones that are pre-made. The gallery is here Wikipedia:Userboxes#Gallery ... but I seem to remember another place where you can request a user box be made for you (but cannot recall how to get there). Hope you find what you are looking for though. 21st CENTURY GREENSTUFF 00:04, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I'll be sure to check out that gallery.  :) Kimtastic93 (talk) 02:10, 26 April 2010 (UTC)Kimtastic93[reply]
