December 2011[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia talk:Requests for adminship. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. MarnetteD | Talk 16:28, 29 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia talk:Requests for adminship, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Salvio Let's talk about it! 16:31, 29 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Creating new pages[edit]

Hi Ken; Please do not get disillusioned by the above warnings. Editors here are sometimes a little trigger happy on that sort of thing. I have added a welcome navigation template to help you get started - spend a little time reading some relevant guidelines. If you want to make a new page they best way to do it is to create the page in your userspace; e.g. User:Ken Philip\Ark Pereira (as you have done more or less on your userpage, but a subpage is better) and when it is ready it can be moved to Article space (eg. Ark Pereira). Be warned though that unless the subject passes notability requirements and is sourced and verifiable by reliable sources (published third party sources, NOT their own homepage, twitter, myspace, facebook account etc) it is likely to get quickly deleted (refer Wikipedia:Deletion policy). It may be better to to get someone to review it before moving to mainspace - (maybe check out Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation and ask on the Talk page there. Happy editing --ClubOranjeT 20:03, 29 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ark Pereira requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. MikeWazowski (talk) 05:22, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't remove speedy deletion tags from articles you have created yourself. These tags are necessary for maintaining the integrity of the encyclopaedia. Please read some policies and guidelines as linked above before continuing to avoid your Wikipedia experience being a negative one. --ClubOranjeT 08:46, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ark R. Pereira for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. ClubOranjeT 09:54, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
