Help us improve the Wikipedia Education Program[edit]

Hi Jumeirahjane! As a student editor on Wikipedia, you have a lot of valuable experience about what it's like to edit as a part of a classroom assignment. In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it's extremely helpful to hear from real student editors about their challenges, successes, and support needs. Please take a few minutes to answer these questions by clicking below. (Note that the responses are posted to a public wiki page.) Thanks!

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Would You Have Sex with an Arab?, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Would you have sex with an arab. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 03:45, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. No need to worry about the message above anymore. I have fixed the issue. It appears you created a page that did not have a question mark at the end of the title like you wanted to so you created a new page that did with the same content instead of utilizing the move feature that can be used by clicking on the arrow in the top-right next to "view history". I fixed the issue by redirecting the page with the incorrect naming to the one with the correct. This complies with copyright only because you were the sole contributor the previous article and the page history did not have to be merged as a result. Next time, please utilize the move feature. If I am mistaken, please tell me. Thanks! Ramaksoud2000 (Talk to me) 03:58, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! Sorry, I am new to this thing - participating as part of the Wiki Education project. Thanks for your help, I'll be sure to use the Move feature next time. Jumeirahjane (talk) 04:10, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Hany Adel requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. TheQ Editor (Talk) 19:41, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
