We can only use pictures that are free from copyright restrictions or in very rare cases when it is impossible to get a free one (for example the person is dead) then we can use one and make a claim of "fair use". I don't know what else to do but just tell you the truth, I come to Wikipedia to edit pages about WWE and Insane Clown Posse and the reason why I vandalized my other accounts is because I'm stupid, but I can change. About my current account[edit]

Within 3 days I will no longer be using this account because I will be using a brand new e-mail address from Yahoo! and be using a brand new account on Wikipedia (JUST ONE). Reguardless of weather or not I am unblocked this account will have to be deactivated by an Administrator I think is who deactivates accounts.
