Orphaned non-free image File:Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. LightGreenApple talk to me 05:23, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that this media item is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media item could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media item is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the file discussion page, write the reason why this media item is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. LightGreenApple talk to me 05:53, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry but I'm kinda new at this Wikipedia stuff. All I wanted to do was put a picture of the guy on his page, I don't see why it has to be so complicated. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 06:07, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

We can only use pictures that are free from copyright restrictions or in very rare cases when it is impossible to get a free one (for example the person is dead) then we can use one and make a claim of "fair use". As this person is alive you need to get someone to "donate" a picture for use on here. Hope that helps. LightGreenApple talk to me 06:35, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Appology from User:JuggaloDan2013[edit]

I have found out that someone else in my home (probably my younger brother) has been using my account. I promise that the next edit from this IP address will be a helpfull one, thanks for understanding. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 23:28, 12 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I caught my younger brother messing with my computer and editing things he shouldn't have been but I have this under control now and I am very sorry, please unblock me. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 05:53, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Compromised accounts will not be unblocked, because we cannot be certain if the original user has regained control, or the usurper is still pretending to be the original user. Please read WP:BROTHER   An optimist on the run! 06:28, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I don't know what else to do but just tell you the truth, I come to Wikipedia to edit pages about WWE and Insane Clown Posse and the reason why I vandalized my other accounts is because I'm stupid, but I can change. You still don't have to unblock me, just know that I can change. I can help Wikipedia by being an honest person and turning over a new leaf. And yes that (My little brother did it) didn't workbut I have started to realize that I need Wikipedia and not only that but Wikipedia needs me. To make sure none of this happens again I am willing to start over with a brand new e-mail account from Yahoo! and make a brand new account on Wikipedia. Yes it was me who Vandalized the other pages but I will from now on only Use 1 account on here so this one will be no longer in use within 3 days. You may do as you please but just remember, I can change. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 6:39 am, Today (UTC+0)

Decline reason:

Please see the message I've left below reagrding the creation of a new account. This appeal indicates that your earlier claim of a compromised account was untrue, so this block is now only for sockpuppetry and vandalism. Since you have evidently lied previously in an attempt to avoid a block, it is difficult to have confidence in your declared intention to use only one account in future. I suggest you take the standard offer - come back after six months without sockpuppetry and file a new appeal then. Yunshui  08:35, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

About my current account[edit]

Within 3 days I will no longer be using this account because I will be using a brand new e-mail address from Yahoo! and be using a brand new account on Wikipedia (JUST ONE). Reguardless of weather or not I am unblocked this account will have to be deactivated by an Administrator I think is who deactivates accounts. I have been righty accussed of Sock Puppetry and therefore am very sorry, GOOD BYE FOR NOW WIKIPEDIA! JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 06:49, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create a new account based on your new email address; it will simply be treated as a new sockpuppet and will be blocked. You can change the email address attached to this account in your preferences. Note that blocks apply to people, not accounts: you, as a person, are currently prohibited from editing Wikipedia under any account. Yunshui  08:27, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please Unblock Me Part 2[edit]

Request reason:

I have decided to act better from now on, no more lying, no more sock puppetry, and no more abbussing accounts, no more blaming other people and no creations of new WIkipeida Accounts, If you unblock me, I will use this site responsibly, I promise. Please give me another chance. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 19:20, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You have been provided information regarding a "second chance" both on this talk page and via your UTRS unblock appeal. You have vandalised Wikipedia repeatedly through the abuse of multiple accounts and then lied about it. You'll have to understand that reviewing administrators are doubtful of the fact that you can turn it all around within a 24 hour period. You guys are mean, you don't believe that I'll change but you'll see. I'll be back, I always come back, and I'll be better than before. You'll see, all of you will. Yes I have lied, but that doesn't mean you can just keep blocking me like this. Who hasen't lied before let me remind you. You can't keep a block on me forever, I WILL BE BACK! IN THE FUTURE WITH AN ACCOUNT! JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 22:32, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I would like to know when this block on my computer will be removed. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 22:35, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This block is indefinite, which means that you are blocked either forever or until an administrator decides that there is strong evidence that unblocking you would lead to a better encyclopedia. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:52, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Standard offer you were offered above really is the most likely path to unblock. Be careful; too many unblock requests that aren't leading anywhere will often result int the disabling of your talk page, which would make it more difficult to take advantage of the offer. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:54, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Could you please tell me how I can get unblocked? I admit this is pretty childish of Wikipedia to keep me in the dark about it for so long. I'm sorry I lied and I'm sorry I used the "little brother" excuse. Please unblock me and I promise to only make good contributions from now on. I can even prove to you that I can be helpful to this encyclopedia by cleaning up vandalism and correcting small errors. Just give me a 2nd chance and I can prove it to you. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 05:40, 14 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

As mentioned by the others, the WP:STANDARDOFFER is how you can prove you are trustworthy to be unblocked. The Bushranger One ping only 06:53, 14 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

HELP ME![edit]

You are clearly still trying to evade your block by sock-puppetry (98.20.14.51 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)). Therefore you are not proving to us that you can be trusted. Calling us "childish" simply shows that you don't understand why you've been blocked - it's not a punishment, but to protect Wikipedia from those who have been proven untrustworthy. You have been told the standard offer - take it, as this is the only way that you can regain our trust. If you just keep requesting unblocks, your ability to edit this page will be removed.  An optimist on the run! 06:33, 14 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Retiring from Wikipedia[edit]

I shall take the standard offer and wait six months, in the meantime I will change by then. While I am away, I might as well retire from using Wikipedia seeing as I no longer find it usefull. Thank you and have a nice day. JuggaloDan2013 (talk) 17:01, 14 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
