Hey there.
Why do I get the idea I've met you at LISA? :-P You might want to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's rules on verifiability and sourcing; while I actually agree with your tweaks to the article (the bit about PHB caring about warm fuzzies over fixing problems is part of our day to day pain and suffering), article contents are all about sources.
The basic idea is that every point in an article must be supported by an appropriate cite; we're (collectively) not supposed to say anything first — just to report what the literature says. I'm pretty sure everything you've added to the article can be supported by external sources (dead trees or bits), you'd just need to reference those supporting sources.

Speedy deletion of Busse combat[edit]
A tag has been placed on Busse combat, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The article Kory Stamper has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Absolutely no reliable and independent reference about her. All the refs are just mentions of her and the ones that aren't are not independent. Article needs refs about her. I'm unable to find any.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
