Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Johnnybeawesome, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

I posted without an account, then opened one and used it. I will be using this account only going forward, now that I have one. I can provide proof of course, that he is my father. Which is rediculous that I have to even do so. This is not that important to me, but we both felt that his Wikimedia page should be accurate. If it's that big if a problem, and your moderator wants to keep an inaccurate account of a person's life, then let it be. I will no longer contribute to this site, or use it in the foreseeable future. Have a good day. Johnnybeawesome (talk) 13:55, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Uncited Additions to Wikipedia[edit]

You continued to post your claims without any proof. I've personally researched and could not find anything on the internet to cite your additions. If you wish to add it back, you have to cite your change. This is Wikipedia's policy regarding the biography of living persons. I do highly encourage you to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a reputable (cited and factually correct) edit to make. Continuing to make uncited edits to Wikipedia after being reverted and given ample notice to do so may result in the loss of access to contribute to Wikipedia.
