I enjoyed reading about this topic, because although it is very rare, it is still interesting to see that there is some understanding.
I also really liked your signs and symptoms sections because I like how you broke it down very concisely, and related everything back to the acronym itself.
I would add your source link after a paragraph, rather than how you have them in the subheading. I think you should leave the subheadings as they are and then just cite the sources as you use them in your explanations.

You have some scientific words in your explanations that are not necessarily common knowledge so I would suggest linking them to an existing wiki page if it exists just so that the reader has something to reference if needed.
- I tried to link every unknown word in my article, however some of the words did not have a page to link.

I see you mentioned that there is some potential current research being done, so I would maybe explain just a little bit how that research relates to SCARF itself or how it will provide a better understanding for this disease directly.

The disease chosen is rare, however, I liked how descriptive the wiki article was. You added everything that is needed in each category, and all sources are present

With the complexity of the disease, I would link some scientific words that might not be understood by the general public

A lot of symptoms are listed in the wiki article, however, it may be easier to compress the list and make subcategories of the symptoms
- Since the disease is quite rare and unknown of, I wanted to include many symptoms to inform the audience as much as I can. However, I regrouped them in a simpler format, thank you for the recommendation!

Research is written well in the wiki article, just slightly going deeper into the new research would help better understand the SCARF syndrome

Citations should always be in text, not in headers. Generally, they should be at the end of the material you took from the source.

You've done a good job of pulling together as much information as you can for the mechanism, given the paucity of information available.
I believe that both of your orphaned citations should be the same? Search by gene doesn't make sense as a citation.
One of your references doesn't seem to be in the citation manager?

You might want to include some pictures for the key symptoms, since they are available on wikimedia.
- Some of the key symptoms did not have adequate photos, but I included the best photos I could find of the common symptoms. Thank you for the recommendation!
