Q clearance badge photo[edit]

The DOE has already been asked to contact the Wikimedia Foundation's counsel and discuss with him, after otherwise contacting us. I don't know the results of that, however, the WMF counsel has not taken the image down. Please do not go around threatening us. Also, please be aware that your posting violated Wikipedia's terms of service and behavior policy in threatening legal action (see: WP:NLT). Please do not do that again. If there is a legitimate legal question it must be handled by the Foundation's corporate counsel, and not on-wiki.
