Minolta AF[edit]

I have a couple of questions; you moved Minolta Dynax to Minolta AF without any explanation. What was the reasoning behind this?

If there is not an obvious reason and/or agreement for a page move (e.g. blatantly incorrect spelling or capitalisation, etc.), it would perhaps be more beneficial to discuss this sort of thing on the talk page first.

I appreciate that "Dynax" is a localised name, but that *is* the camera system's name, and redirects and "alternate titles" mean that this isn't usually an issue anyway.

You also moved by cut-and-paste. This is generally bad, as it destroys the page history (and makes it look like you wrote the article yourself, which is untrue). Please use the "move" tab in future. Thank you. Fourohfour 15:50, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
