Have a look at some of links above (that's a templated message), and some other articles. If you want to start a new article on something like Aviation radio voice procedure, that's fine - link it from Voice procedure and others should join in to help get it into shape. It might be better to make a start by just helping us get some sense and form into Voice procedure first, to get your hand in, and not be faced with too big a task. That article is a bit of a mess, I've been 'watching' it for a while, but haven't got up the motivation yet to tackle it.
