Precision Time Protocol Industry Profile[edit]

Hello. Although I personally find this article that you created interesting, I am not sure what its purpose is. The article is entitled "Precision Time Protocol Industry Profile."

I am not sure how to gauge its merits for inclusion per Wikipedia notabiltiy standards. I guess I need to ask - why should this be on Wikipedia? Is this a technical detail? Anyway, the article may need to be rewritten in a more encyclopedic form. But I am trying to determine if it is acceptable for Wikipedia. Maybe you can give me some feedback about this.
