Your recent edits[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:14, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Apology[edit]

Hey, Doorknob,
There is no need to apologize but you lost the community's faith by socking and lying about it. As long as you create other sock accounts like this one, they will be immediately blocked as soon as they are discovered.
My advice is to follow the guidelines in Wikipedia:Standard offer, do not create any more sock accounts (ever!) and in six months, request to be considered for an unblock from your original account, Doorknob. If your request is not granted, wait another six months and try again.
This will take restraint on your part, to not sock and wait it out. But it is the only way to return to good standing as a Wikipedia editor.
Go forth and sock no more! Liz Read! Talk! 17:18, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know of a pdf file of all Wikipedia policies and guidelines. Here is a place to start Wikipedia:List of policies. Liz Read! Talk! 18:53, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
