Generally, you should propose such a project at WikiProject Council. Secondly, you are using a nonfree image in template space, which is copyright infringement. Thanks for all you do on the Birthday Committee...but I misread the calendar. I thought that today (Friday UTC) was the 13th, but it is the 12th (UTC time). I went ahead and sent announcements for the members celebrating on the 13th, thus some early birthday wishes were sent to them. Apparently, the calendar on the birthday page goes from Monday through Sunday instead of Sunday through Saturday as in most calendars. I'll remember the difference next time I'll send greetings.
